However please remember immigration applications are complex and we need to he sure that we are providing the correct advice and giving your applications the best chance of success so we need to have our services engaged and to see documentation and details of your case. We offer a full preparation and checking service for out of country applications for visas and full management of applications made from within the UK. We regret that we cannot give telephone advice to callers looking to make applications without using our services or using another representative.

If you are unhappy with the service that your representative is providing to you then you do have the right to terminate their services and transfer your file to another company. You also have the right to a copy of your file. We are happy to take on cases that have previously been dealt with by another representative, please contact us with details of sour case and we can advise whether we can help.
If you have someone acting on our behalf but you are not prepared to transfer your file then unfortunately we cannot give you specific advice regarding your case or act for you while another firm is also acting on your behalf.

If we have made an application on your behalf then please contact us at any time for an update. We are a private company and will not have the details of your case if you have not used our services, if you have made the application directly to the Home Office please contact them on 0870 606 7766 for an update. We can give you advice briefly on whether they may be a chance you can appeal if you get a case refused.
Are you able to accept legal aid cases?
No, unfortunately we are not able to deal with legal aid.
Are you able to deal with applications for Asylum?
Unfortunately we do not deal with this area of work. We recommend that you contact the Immigration Advisory Service if you need help with an Asylum claim
